Thai grilled fish
The fish was great... I've made it a few times already... It's just marinated for 30 mins with some fish sauce + lemon juice + salt + pepper. Then grilled. The sauce is a tamarind sauce. Tamarind water + palm (brown) sugar + fish sauce. Bring to boil, then reduce for 10 mins. Finish with some fried shallots, garlic and serrano slices. The leftover sauce was used on grilled shrimp this week.
Lamb and eggplant turkish kebabs
Simply wrap a pita around a kebab, pull off skewer, add some sliced radish and parsley. Enjoy.
